THE ORDERING PROCESS
From start to finish, this is how orders work.
The first step in getting an order placed is getting into contact with us so we can give you a quote. We need the following:
What does your artwork look like (if any)
What apparel we will be printing on
How many items are we printing
What is your deadline
You can email all of that to Jon@terzink.com and we'll get back with a quote.
If you like the quote provided and wish to move forward with an order we require a deposit of half of the order up front unless other terms are outlined prior. This can be paid online through our payment system.
Once the deposit is secured, we will begin the process of ordering your blank apparel and sending over preliminary proofs for you to look over. There may be a couple of rounds of proofing if changes are necessary but a final proof will need to be approved for production to begin.
Once a final proof is approved we will begin production in earnest. Production usually takes around 2 weeks but could be shorter or longer depending on how busy the production schedule is.
DELIVERY / PICKUP
Once production is complete we will send out a message letting you know that your project is ready to be picked up. We can also ship or courier your order if needed.
